Feeding Unit
● With HMl touch screen control ,can setting display production quantity,warning and stop while setting quantity finished.
● Feeding unit adopt import servo motor control corrugate feeding inside machine,non-rubber feeding roller type,no corrugate board thickness and strength change.without mechanical wear,feeding precision long life without change.
● Side baffle adopt linear guideway with electric adiustment,high precision adiust,with whole machine one-key automatic adiustment or can adjust by button.with automatic pusher.
● Back baffle adopt electric adjustment,with whole machine one-key automatic adjust or can adjust by button.
● With electrostatic eliminating device and blower and multi-brush clean the dust on the board.
Printing Unit (UV/Water Base Oil Coating Unit)
● With HMl touch screen control all unit pressure adjustment,printing roller axial direction and circumference adiustment.
● Top printing type,vacuum transfer , hard -wearing ceramic wheels and vacuum blower make high precision transfer, blower strength can be adjust by inverter.vacuum table have three section,open and closed control by air cylinder.
● All pressure,axial direction and circumference direction control electric adjustment,and can with whole machine one-key order change automatic adjustment.
● Pneumatic pump ink supply system,double ink pump control ink supply and take out,with low ink warning system.automatic inking washing system.
● Can chose doctor blade and ceramic roller make high definition printing.
Dryer unit (UV/Water Base Oil)
● With HMl touch screen control all unit pressure adjustment.
● Can install infrared ray (for water base oil) or ultraviolet ray (for UV) dryer system.
● Vacuum transfer , hard -wearing ceramic wheels and vacuum blower make high precision transfer, blower strength can be adiust by inverter.vacuum table have three section,open and closed control by air cylinder.
Slotting Unit
● With HMl touch screen control all unit pressure adjustment,slotting circumference adjustment,carton width,length and height adjustment.
● Three layers creaser(include one layer 1:1 big diameter creaser),increase carton fold quality and avoid creaser split.
● All pre-creaser,creaser and slotting knife plate pressure adjustment by electric,with whole machine one key order change automatic adjustment.
● Linear guide,ball screw,cross coupling adjustment system,high precision for the carton size adjustment.
● Carton height and slotting plate horizontal adjustment protect system.
● Five sets slotting plate,middle knife can be movement,suitability for different design carton.
Die Cutting Unit
● With HMl touch screen control all unit pressure adjustment,die roller roller axial direction and circumference adjustment.
● Pneumatic lift-down the anvil roller.
● Anvil roller automatic axial movement 40mm,increase anvil life.
● With anvil repair device,can reuse after repair.
● Line seed differential compensation adopt import servo motor,guarantee the cutting precision.
● Servo motor independent drive the die cutting unit as option.different design carton.
