Feeding Unit
● Improve the strength of the carton, no mechanical wear, can ensure the long-term accuracy and stability of the paper feed.
● Frequency conversion controls the vacuum flow and pressure to match the corrugate board size.
● The front and left baffles use linear guide rails to move horizontally, and the control is stable and accurate.
● Widened dust removal system, dust collection device can be raised 50mm, easy to disassemble brush strip, Multiple sets of brush and electrostatic dust removal device perfect dust removal, make the surface of the cardboard cleaner, and equipped with anti-jamming paper device.
Printing Unit
● The surface of the paper transfer wheel is ceramic, and the surface of the press printing shaft is coated with ceramic, which increases wear resistance, life and transmission accuracy.
● The whole printing unit adop three servo gearless transmission, improve the overprinting accuracy.
● Electric scroll plate, two-way clutch locking device, make the plate simpler and faster, more accurate alignment.
● Lift type printing plate change structure, non stop machine do the plate change, ink change.
● New ink saving cycle ink supply system - automatic switching of cleaning device for more thorough ink recovery.
● Optional rubber roller inking system and doctor blade (carbon fiber doctor blade) inking system, improve printing quality, easy to operate.
● Each printing units can be optional infrared drying to ensure printing quality and speed.
Drying Unit (UV/Water-Base Oil)
● Master computer control, temperature controller adjustment display.
● Hot air circulation drying mode, can control the temperature control value, safety and energy saving.
● Optional Infrared ray or Ultraviolet light drying method to ensure the quality of glazing.
Slotting Unit
● Can chose single shaft double slotting blade with three layers creaser slotting or double slotting shaft with double layers creaser slotting, using servo independent drive.
● Slotting plate left and right adjustment adopt four screw shaft with straight shaft,Make movement flexible and accurate. The upper plate holder and the down plate holderare synchronously linked by the drive shaft, and the slotting blade life is longer.
● Full screw shaft structure, the middle knife can be freely moved to any position, the size of the double-piece molding carton can be automatically set.
● Using 1:1 big diameter crease wheel structure, low requirements for cardboard conditions, no damage to the corrugate board, so that the effect of the crease line is more perfect, forming more beautiful.
● Slotting size adopt full automatic adjustment.
● The paper scraper adopts the principle of gravity, which is not affected by external force and reduces damage.
Die Cutting Unit
● Independent servo motor drive, effectively reduce the vibration of the printing unit, printing more accurate.
● The rubber anvil roller compensation adopts independent servo drive to control the speed of the rubber anvil roller, and the mechanical reversing 50mm moving transverse structure keeps the speed of the rubber cushion roll and the die rollconsistent.
● High die cutting precision, waste removal efficiency increased by 25%.
